Shipping policy

UK Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders within the UK, with delivery in 3-4 working days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that during busy periods (such as sales events, promotions, and the holiday season), deliveries may take slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these times and will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Express Delivery

Need your order sooner? We also offer a Paid Express Delivery option for next-day delivery. This option can be selected at checkout for an additional charge. Orders placed with Express Delivery before the daily cut-off time will be delivered the next working day.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information where available.

Working Days

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet the delivery timeframes stated above, occasionally factors outside our control (such as courier delays, adverse weather, or high order volumes) may affect delivery times. We will keep you informed if we become aware of any significant delay to your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
