Refund Policy

Returns

  • customers has the right to return within 14 days without questioning
  • Customers have to send back the item at their own cost in case of any return or refund.
  • You'll have to send us the product back and we will send you the change without any further shipping charges.
  • Please make sure that the Product is in original condition when you send us back.
  • Our policy to be applied from the day in which the customer physically receives the product (not since the day of purchase). but after that, we cannot do anything
  • Whizz Moto will bear shipping costs in case of Damages.
  • Please note any refund or exchange required 5 - 7 Working days after receiving Product at our store.
  • You can use any cost-effective courier service for returning or exchanging the item 
  • If you had ordered through KLARNA the Exchange and Refund Time Will be 14 Business Days 
  • In case Order is incomplete Please Contact Support within 24 - 48 hours after order is delivered.

Refunds 

-Once your return is received and inspected, Our team will process the refund within 5 to 7 working days.

- Product must be in Original condition.

- Please note that Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Exchanges

Whizz Moto UK believes in 100% Customer Satisfaction thus offering you an Exchange within 30 days of your order being delivered. Contact our customer support at support@whizzmoto.com and our team will help you accordingly.

- Please note that in case of a mind change/Color change/ Size change, customers will have to bear the shipping charges and we will exchange the product.

- In case of damages Whizz Moto will bear all shipping costs.

- Please Note that No size exchange will be processed without provided delivery notes within the box at the time of delivery.
