We offer FREE delivery on all orders across the United Kingdom.
How long will my order take to be delivered within the UK?
Estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days within the United Kingdom.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information and tracking reference number.

What happens if my parcel goes missing?
If you do not receive your order within 10 business days, or if tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Can I change the delivery address of my order?
We will do our best to assist you before your order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

How long is the warranty on my item?

How do I redeem a promo code online?
You can apply a valid promo code during checkout by entering it into the promotional code field.
If valid, the discount will automatically be applied to your order total.
My promo code is showing as expired. What does this mean?
